The Anchor lift assisted bollard is classed as an anti ram bollard and is an insurance company approved product. This model has a 114mm diameter, 670mm height and 5mm thick steel walls providing a high level of security. It has the added benefit of an internal gas actuated ram which reduces 70% of the lifting weight. In most cases the bollard will fully raise from the closed position when unlocked at ground level offering a stylish and simple bollard to operate. The lift assisted mechanism is ideal for those who may struggle with lifting a standard manual telescopic bollard or simply require ease of use.

Very professional job installing the security bollards, wonderful work from the lads. Quick fast and great finishing. Extremely recommend for reliable and great bollards at a sensible price. Best for security bollards in Birmingham! After initial contact and quote I was very pleased with the professional approach, I was guided through the different products and their advantages compared to one another to achieve my driveway security goal. Louie made sure I was happy with the placement of the bollards and the install was seamless, have to give to these guys they worked endlessly in the scorching summer heat last year.
The bollards have been through all seasons and there’s not an issue with them.
Wouldn't recommend anyone else, a business that you can trust and they always have the best prices around.
Anchor Security Bollards are probably one of the best company’s in the West Midlands for the installation of Security Bollards.
From contact to quoting and then a fast installation the communication has to be the very best.
My drive has block paving and this was taken up and replaced around the bollards and you would think that the bollards were installed as part of the actual driveway. Expertly installed.
All mess was cleared and hosed down and the cost was extremely reasonable for the two bollards which now provides me with total confidence that my car is not going to be stolen off my driveway.
The bollards themselves, constructed of a thick steel round column are very robust. They pull up very easily and can be locked into position. It would take a hell of a lot to get through them as the steel shaft the columns are housed are concreted deep into the ground around 2 ft in depth. The columns themselves are about 50cm above ground once pulled up.
The advice and service is absolutely brilliant too. Two very conscientious guys doing a great job with pride in their work. I’d have no hesitation at all in promoting their service. I hesitated a long time before I put the bollards on my drive but now I wished I had done it sooner. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
Polite, professional and committed. Thank you both for an efficient job.
Just had some security bollards fitted today …by Louis and his brother …Louis explained everything …they completed the job quickly…neatly and removed all collective spoil etc
